Important Notice to LEA Candidates
All candidates attending exams from the 1st of July 2010 will need to provide their own reference material for the LEP and LET examinations.
All candidates will be examined on the following:
AS/NZS 3000:2007 Wiring Rules including the new amendments.
AS/NZS 3008.1.1 2009 Electrical Installations- Selection Cables
Electrical Safety (Installations) Regulations 2009 and 2010 Amendment
Code of Practice for Safe Electrical Work – 1997- OCEI
AS/NZS 3012: 2003 Electrical Installations- Construction & Demolition sites
It is the candidates responsibility to bring these books to the exam and all reference material are subject to the scrutiny of the assessor who may replace them. The replacement may occur where the candidate includes information relating to the exam. However, limited highlighting and marking of sections within the reference material will be accepted.
